Usage of our CBD edibles differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD, so we recommend enjoying 1 CBD Cookie per day. Consume as a snack as and when required. 1 serving = 60g cookie and contains 25mg CBD. Do not consume more than 2 servings per day.
One serving contains 25mg CBD – the FSA maximum daily dose of CBD is 70mg. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.
